I love getting my coffee fix from Costa, the service was speedy.I came early in the morning it was quiet and very spacious upstair if you want to do work.If you need the toilet, use the code thats provided on the bottom of your receipt.

Came out to chat to some friends. Lonely staff. Was there for 3 hours (chatting) and there was no rush.Vegetarian options: Mostly cakes and variations upon cheese toasties. Nice Mac and cheese.Parking: Close to the Liverpool ONE parking complex. Little else available. Very pedestrianised area, but on a bus route.Wheelchair accessibility: Downstairs is alright if you can squeak past the coffee stand without running anyone's feet over. Usually need to ask some people to move. Got some help with my tray, which was nice. Upstairs is not accessible so it's difficult when it's busy.

Do yourself a favour and walk away. You can find a coffee shop at any corner within 1 mile, and this includes other Cost shops too (if you're really set on this brand).I usually write reviews after visiting multiple times. However, this place made me change this rule since I really wish not going there again.The setting area is pretty nice - spacious, good natural light, and as tidy as possible (though my standards of cleanliness reduced after reading the reviews). Also, the coffee is nice, but that is mainly why someone will go there. I really doubt there are people going there for the service. And to tell you, in brief, I believe that the reason is because there is a poor customer experience (and this is far from what Costa claims as a business, but then again this might be a franchise poorly looked after).Take my experience, I went there on a Saturday. Surprisingly, there was no queue for ordering - and I still waited at the counter (well fine, I understand you're busy, but the irony is that the cashier/barista left as I approached without saying a word). Then, I asked for an Americano only for my surprise to be asked if I want milk. Of course, I replied "No" (cause that will be a cappuccino or latte) with a feeling of indignation (thing that I believe was resented since the cashier felt to share it with the rest of the team). Now, I actually took a step forward and searched Americano with Milk which turns out to be called Americano Misto. Nevertheless, I would have appreciated if this was said to me while placing my order (it would have made a difference to my experience). However, now I doubt how well the cashier/barista is trained. Anyhow, I hope they will improve for future clients.

Plenty of choice of drinks and snacks. Always super busy with long queues but staff are very friendly.

It remains among my favorite places in Liverpool, for a breakfast or a break... I don't give it 4 stars ?, because they don't have that quality of Italian pastry shops with bars.

Cappuccinos were good and the toastie too. A bit pricey but quality and sizes make up for it. The lesser stars aren't because the friendly staff forgot to put/ask if we wanted chocolate on our cappuccinos or for the long queue to order that the staff managed to relieve order timings, at a certain point, asking extra staff to support at the bar (from 2 to 5), but for the unclean and overall untidiness feel of the branch from bottom to top with very dirty toilet. Our table was filthy and we had a ask a friendly member of staff to clean before sitting. WiFi wasn't working.

Came in with a friend on Boxing Day, was served by Caitlin (blonde girl) who served every single person with the biggest smile despite the massive queue! Asked every single person how they were too and wished them a lovely evening :)
