Cannot fault the guys working here this morning, they helped me with a promotional offer and explained in depth (including showing the drinks cups) the sizes and ingredients so I could choose my preferred drink.\\n\\nThe drink was perfect temperature, delicious and served super quickly. I ordered a caramel latte and can fully recommend them for a caffeine boost with a hint of sweetness. The foam on top is really luxurious too. :))\\n\\nThe positive attitude of both baristas made me feel as if I was no trouble at all and they had plenty of time to serve me, I felt welcomed and valued this morning and it put me in a great mood for work!\\n\\nLove you, Costa crew ❤️

I mean, it's a Costa. If you've seen one, you've seen them all.\\nThe only reason it isn't 5 stars is due to certain staff being fairly snappy and arguably rude to me - but I'd put that down to it being early in the morning.\\n\\nOverall, it's a great place to pop into for a quick coffee - or cold drink, or snack. There's actually a fairly large selection of products!

Lovely experience visiting the Costa great staff, very polite, wasn't too busy and sat outside in the sunshine ?\\nI've been to Costas before but get the weather and there's a great view of st John's beacon (radio city tower!)\\nI had the vegan BBQ chicken and it was really good actually!\\n\\nLocation wise it's right in the heart of Liverpool and literally less then a minutes walk to Liverpool central, about 5 min walk to lime St!

I normally don’t give reviews but I just want to share what I saw today when I was standing in the queue to get a coffee. All staff was lovely except this manager/supervisor that was extremely unprofessional and rude to the staff. The way he was taking to one of his staff was just disgusting. I Don’t remember his name but he had thinning hair and was quite stocky. He had keys hanging around his neck. I was there about 4 pm today 13th of July. I feel sorry for the staff that was doing their best and working hard when it was very busy.

Centrally located, just a couple of minutes from Central Station. With a large outdoor seating area, if the weather permits. A great and comfortable place to sit and watch the world go by.
