Too busy chatting to open the store. It says 5 on google, 2 girls are in there in uniforms chatting. Try opening the store?To the lippy guy working at 5am on the 12th of October who kindly advised "dont care what the app says, im saying half 5 is when I open", customer skills are everything, and you have none - rude.

Never opens at the times stated, woman has stinking attitude, comes across very aggressive, when asked why wasn't open she became quite annoyed and blamed the station not being opened however I myself was in the station from 430am and both her and colleague were in shop at that

Went in to order a peach iced tea with strawberry syrup. The server said what strawberry syrup, do you mean peach iced tea with strawberry syrup?” I answered “Yes, peach iced tea with strawberry syrup” she said “That’s what I said” To which I answered “That’s what I said”. She then shook her head whilst putting the order through the till. I said to her “There’s no need for an attitude” and she then said she wasn’t serving me as I was being rude! Another customer who was waiting next to me commented that the server was the rude one. She had a fed up attitude with no customer service skills whatsoever. She clearly shouldn’t be customer facing without adequate training on customer service. I’ve never encountered staff in any other Costa behave in this way. I’m quite frankly appalled.

Absolutely RUDE employees working and one of the employees shouted “Jesus Christ” when another employee trying to find me in the cafe to give my order when I’ve stood infront of them waiting for them to prepare my order. The service is very slow as well.

**ORIGINALLY 1 STAR DUE TO SHOCKING STAFF ATTITUDESToday edited to 4 stars for service because the girl who served me was so friendly, so wonderful and exactly what you'd want from a barista. She had green hair was proper cute and I'll come back if she's working!! The others are scary hahaI wish there was a different Costa closer to this one, the staff genuinely behave as though they're being forced to work there. I've worked for Costa myself and the attitude in this particular store would never have been accepted in any Costa I've worked at. Maybe let the staff there find other jobs since they're so unhappy being there.. and find baristas who actually know how to serve coffee without making customers feel like a nuisance or inconvenience for being there in the first place ?

I would like to apologise to the owners of Costa Coffee for deciding to go there since the attendant showed complete insatisfaction to do her job. She almost made us and other customers leave it was rude indeed.
