First time here certainly won't be the last the food was absolutely beautiful steak cooked 2 perfection came with rocket an parmasan cheese 2 things I wudnt normally eat but omg was delicious the fries where hot an crispy overall if I cud give each category more than 5 stars I would will most certainly be visiting again very very soon staff where lovely and helpful the dining area spotless. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

One of the best steak restaurants I've ever visited! I was surprised to have to book on a Tuesday evening - but this is such a lovely venue with excellent steaks so I'm glad I did! If you like steak, this place is well worth a visit. I was very impressed with the quality, one of the best steaks I've ever tasted. We both had the fillet steak with fries, followed by dessert and espresso martinis. Service was friendly and we didn't feel rushed at all. I definitely recommend - but book in advance! I'll certainly come back next time I'm in Liverpool.

We were on a visit to Liverpool a present from our children. Our daughter booked us in at the Cowshed for our meal on the 24th. What a superb meal we had, beautifully presented and so tasty. The waiting staff were so friendly and helpful, and the ice cream with the candle (our daughter had let slip it was her Mum’s birthday) just topped off a lovely evening. We would certainly recommend this restaurant and if we return to Liverpool would hope to eat there again.

The best steak restaurant in Liverpool. Small-but-perfectly-formed menu with a welcoming atmosphere. Perfectly cooked steak and great selection of side dishes. Staff are friendly and efficient, cannot find fault with anything! Well worth a visit.

This place is a must if you want to eat the best steak ever! You have to get the steak with the sides a fries! The cabbage an carrots are amazing a the peppercorn sauce with it works so well. You will not be disappointed at all by this place. One of the nicest places for food Iv been to in ages.

This was our second visit to the Cowshed Liverpool and in one word our visit was AMAZING. Easy to book a table via their webpage. On arrival greeted by warm friendly staff. Atmosphere great all staff very cheerful and friendly. The food is amazing, we shared the croquet special mac and cheese for starter (we could have ate a bowl of these just delicious), my husband had a main special fillet steak, on a bed of tagliatelle topped with a sausage and parmesan fritter ( we both had this last time its the best) i had a fillet steak with blue cheese sauce and fries - we have eaten in a-lot of restaurants but this is by far the best steak we have ever had cooked to perfection. For dessert we had the Cheesecake which was gorgeous. Thank-you Cowshed for an amazing meal we cant wait to return in the New Year.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming when taking us to our seat. We had a lovely booth seat on the first floor. Tap water was immediately offered, and when they brought it over we were told about the specials, which made it really hard to decide what we wanted. We had the garlic bread to share, but should have got two as they were brilliant. For our mains we had two flat irons cooked perfectly medium rare. We had a side of fries, garlic mushrooms, pepper sauce and a blue cheese sauce. Everything was absolutely amazing but I was obsessed with the blue cheese sauce, it was phenomenal. My girlfriend loved her meal and we could not polish off the plate faster. Great restaurant, amazing food, superb staff and I would come back in a heartbeat.
