Unhygienic waiter. I visited on and I saw the waiter sprinkle cheese on a pizza without gloves. He then answered a phone call, and then continued to sprinkle cheese without any gloves nor hand washing. Domino's please train your staff! I was disappointed.

I visited here about 10 minutes before it was due to close and I was their last customer so the atmosphere was basically whatever I could create. That's not their fault and I must say that the service was excellent. It's a Dominos so the food was just as you would expect, I loved it. I had the 1 person pizza with 2 toppings for £3:99. Just the right size for me and great value. I'd recommend it ?.

Disgustingly bad service rude manager hung up, the app cancelled our order no notification past its baking then your order is cancelled or no notification that this store closed. The manager if you can call him that said they closed at 9 yet on google it says open, this is the second time we have had this happened first time we had to wait a month for a refund and 3 calls to there poor excuse of management staff and we only got £15 in refund for a £30+ order no doubt we will have to go through the same process and get conned out of our money again asked for head office number couldn't give it asked for them to email proof that the transaction had been processed for refund hung up before we could say email to them and second time recorded the conversation no empathy or apology employment standards clearly lacking. Avoid, get it from a different store.

Placed order which included ice cream, got to store to pick up and they told me they were oos. Requested refund for it which I never received even after I complained to head office, all they done was emailed me about it then got the manager to call me. Was again told refund will be processed, 4 months later still nothing ??♀️
Absolutely fantastic service deepa and the rest of the staff are friendly and extremely efficient my husband has autism and is particular about everything he eats the staff at this branch of domino’s always do his large pepperoni with jalapeño s well done like we ask and it’s perfect every time ask for deepa when you order she is fantastic

5 star for the service. I mistakenly ordered delivery to Nelson st instead of Neston st. By the time I called them to change the address, the delivery guy was already in the other location. But they coordinated fast and quickly got it delivered to my location and didn't even wait for a tip. Great customer service!
