Wedges are always undercooked. They are very chunky and need a good 25-30 minutes in the oven. Whenever I order wedges they are pale and spuddy inside. Would not order wedges again for the price they should be cooked properly. I'm not one to complain but it is our local Dominoes and nothing worse than waiting for food to be delivered that is undercooked.

Dear Dominos Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service on 19.8.23.To my utter shock and disbelief, your delivery driver arrived at my house at the outrageous time of 1:30 AM. This timing is completely unacceptable and disruptive to my household's sleep schedule. Moreover, this is not the first time this has happened despite me contacting the store, visiting the store and explaining to the drivers. I do not eat Dominos, I do not order from Dominos, Instead, your drivers deliver someone else's food to the wrong Address, my address, which is not even close to my location.This experience has left me frustrated, inconvenienced, and questioning the professionalism of your brand. People rely on timely and accurate deliveries, and this incident has shattered my confidence in your company's ability to meet these basic expectations.I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution that includes:An explanation for the wrong address delivery time and time again.A commitment to prevent such occurrences in the future.I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and address them with the urgency they deserve. Incredibly slow to make the pizza, and the app lies to you. I ordered a pizza for collection, and it said it would take 15 minutes. 30 minutes later and my pizza is only just in the oven. Would be fine if they were honest.

Was in the area for some errands and decided to get a dominos. Very quick service, excellent quality of pizza. They are always very polite and it’s a happy environment. The quality of the pizza is the best.Parking: It’s in the Hunts Cross shopping center so it has plenty of free spots to park at the center’s parking

Pizza never turned up! Tracked the whole time to the point where it was out for delivery, had a text to say it was with the driver. Never arrived and tried calling the store 15 times with no answer. Unacceptable.

Honestly. I was never a 'Domnio's Fan''. But after this experience. I'm basing my 'Review' on this order. Even with the small issues, ( with queries regarding the promo's/ deals. Forgotten dips with this order too. They really went out of thier way to put these right! So. Assuming and Fingers crossed, that this is a how this particular branch continues to operate the same way. Then it's only fair to award no less than the 5★'s! The delivery girl was lovely. Pleasant. And last but by no means least. To Boris Again. I can't comment on the Pizza. But. I know for sure the recipient(s) were extremely happy!!But. The chicken strippers were Perfect! I really appreciate it! A Massive Thankyou. ; )Edit: Update.Ok. I'm sure many of us 'Have' had frustrating experiences. Not everybody is perfect. And we can't always rely on technology ( that is required for placing online orders, Obviously)Also. Take into account that this small franchise also gets very busy!?Busy trying to ensure your order is perfect?!It's Clear from numerous orders now. I'd give zero stars , want a relaxing night in with a pizza order from anywhere else you won't get that here .Absolutely disgraceful ordered a pizza delivery order before 7pm its 1.5 hours late no pizza as they are too busy . Their mistake they are too busy to correct it too busy to talk to you ,on the lucky day u eventually get your order its late cold and incorrect . After a number of times being told we will be credited for mistakes lack of order etc when you want to use it they can't see evidence of it .So end result scamming customers of their money I've asked for a refund as I've has enough , no food plenty of excuses staff don't care and management clearly non existent and customer service well utter disgrace can't event deal customers to correct their mistake but I guess once you have money you just don't care !!! Ruined my evening once again

Special congrats to the mathematicians who work in the ‘deals’ department and work hard to make sure that whatever deal you choose, it will always be at least £30.00 for barely 2 pizzas. Getting worse each time, not sure why but something is lacking. I had to throw half of it away tonight. Shame because other branches seem a lot tastier. How does that work? Bit disappointed but never seem to learn as I seem to keep ordering with you. It is quick delivery however snd drivers are always pleasant.

So me and my friend ordered a take away after I'd had surgery on my leg and got it delivered to the house. We're both vegetarian, and my friend isn't able to have pork products at all for personal reasons. On opening out delivered pizza's (which where both veggie supreme) there was weirdly a piece of pork on one of the pizza's. My friend rang up to speak to someone to try and resolve this. I will highlight that this was the second time we'd had a problem with this restraunt, as had already had free cookies added to our account from a previous mishap. The person taking the call seemed very uninterested, and FORGOT my friend was on the phone to him?! So when she turned up to the shop to discuss and bring back the pizzas. He seemed completely oblivious, and repeated what he'd said on the phone "do you want to speak to a manager". There didn't seem to be any leader on shift that night with the person dealing with the issue saying she'd only been there for 3 days. As an apology, they offered my friend chicken strips ? which isn't much of a resolution when you're veggie. I don't think this restraunt clearly understands dietary requirements, so if you have any DO NOT go here. Hope this helps!

Ordered food at 2:00 am, it’s now 4:25 am and we’re still waiting.Called up and got told it is definitely out for delivery - even though the app had said delivered, called again half an hour later (as it had already been an hour before) to be told the order would be redone and sent out for delivery, the app still says the first one was delivered.I understand if you are short staffed maybe or something but 2 and a half hours for pizza that is overall quite expensive as is? Especially just now seeing reviews that it’s apparently quite frequently a problem & refunds aren’t issued - fingers crossed the food turns up i guess.
