I ordered through app as I got better value as we got 50% off our pizza for doing so, the full price definitely seems overpriced.Despite the bad reviews I really enjoyed my Domino's, I am really fussy when it comes to pizzas but I must say I was pleasantly surprised!My pizza had plenty of topping and the base was very thin and crispy just how I like it ?I ordered through the app for collection and the food was ready super fast and was hot and fresh on collection.

The manager Lucile is absolutely horrible. Ordered my food and it was delivered with the wrong toppings. Told the delivery driver, she said call the shop and tell them Emma the driver said she can confirm the food is incorrect they will replace it. Called up the manager refused to replace the food. Told me if I want it come and get it from the bin as its binned 2 mins after the driver had left my house. Shocking. I went there and told the manager to make me another one she said you can have the one in the bin. So I said give me it then. She went to the back grabbed a grabage bag that was closed up, went digging in the bag at the bottom got my pizza out slice by slice and said here you go. I refused to leave until I got my money or another pizza so she called the police on me.

The manager is absolutely horrific ugly inside and out,has no way with customers always messes ordered up ,I ordered chicken wings and they had been eaten by delivery driver or someone in the store and the way she speaks to customers and gets personal is shocking I'm contacting head office about her and hoping she gets sacked this place is awful AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Ordered a creat your own pizza, the store didn't put the toppings on so paid £8 for a 9.5" cheese pizza. The dip for the pizza and side were missing. Waited an hour for the delivery and when I rang the store I was told to come pick it up from the store which defeats the point of me ordering a delivery

Shocking! Waited over an hour after receiving order confirmation. Rang the store to be told they hadn’t made the order but I could come and collect if we waiting another hour. Won’t be ordering again.

Staff are really rude and have a disgusting attitude. We found a small curly hair that looked like a pubic hair underneath our pizza and when called to complain the manager on duty that evening and his staff in store thought it was funny. I hear so many bad things from other people all the time about team in this store and how intimidated people feel by them please use a different dominos

Same as complaint under it. Called up and spoke to Morgan and asked for no cheese on one side of pizza. She told me they didn’t do half and half! Didn’t ask for half and half just wanted the same pizza without cheese on one side? Morgan was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Wouldn’t stop talking to let me talk. I had to cancel the whole order ( over £50 ) and be told to wait 7 days for a refund ! Complained to head office about the attitude I received and Ellie the “ customer service manager “ contacted me and provided no apology for any of the issues that I raised. No wonder it’s got bad reviews But that what you get with a franchise!
