Visited this Turkish steak house located on Bold Street, Liverpool. The ambience was very nice and the staff was very friendly.We ordered the mezze platter (served with bread), which tasted excellent.Next up was the ETCI special burger (double patty beef) was also quite good, which was served with fries.Lastly, we ordered the mustard marinated beef steak, which was okay. The steak tasted good, but it lacked a good sear on top and I didn't like the fact the mustard was just spread on top instead of being grilled with the steak (like it's supposed to be). It's definitely not the best steak I've had.Also, the staff stopped me from recording the displayed meat and the grill behind, I don't know why.Overall, I might go next time to try out other options.

We got served by Ricardo and he was amazing! I am Muslim and they bought over water, dates and A soup instantly so I could break fast. The steak was absolutely amazing and such good quality and portion size for only £19.95. All the staff was extremely friendly and couldn’t do more for us. Will definitely be back!

Been there a couple of days ago.What an amazing experience it was!!!The food was amazing, Kudos to the Chef.But what took the visit to another stratosphere was the absolutely legendary service provided by all of the members of staff at Etci.I can’t stress this enough. This is often overlooked in many restaurants. But here at Etci Mehmet they look after their customers.Forgot to take much photos, but hey, whoever checking out this review I’m telling you photos don’t do justice to the food and definitely not the intangible of the experience you’ll have.I will come back again some time soon.Dietary restrictions: Halal food is served here.

Such amazing food in the middle of Liverpool! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well prepared for the customers. The food was soo good! They also had a deal for luch where you can get a starter and a main course for £15.95. Highly recommend!

We went for iftar today. the food was lovely. we ordered lamb chops, sushi beef, mixed steak. we also got complimentary soup, dates for breaking fast. and turkish tea on the house ! thanks so much. nice vibe overall, the service was so good, very attentive, the waiter ricardo is very friendly.
