I'm not sure they could have taken my order could have been more wrong. I ordered for takeaway inside the restaurant.I ordered the vegan dirty tater tots, I got undercooked regular fries. Ordered the hand cut chips with my burger, got regular fries again, both so undercooked. Ordered and paid for an extra sauce and never got it. I didn't realise ant of this until I'd gotten home so couldn't even do anything about it.I've worked in plenty of kitchens in the past and used your exact fries before, Stealth fries, and how you're managing to undercook them as a burger & fries restaurant is astounding.Lastly, I'm sure you dont make them in house but the vegan burger patties are absolutely awful. Pucks of rubber that would be impossible to make taste good, no matter what you garnish them with.The restaurant wasn't even particularly busy otherwise I might understand, but there were still plenty of extra tables unused and you took a few walk-ins during the 30+ minutes I stood waiting for my food.This place needs a shake up because there are multiple way better burger places within a 5 minute walk, honestly couldn't have been more let down.

No music no atmosphere and ugly overhead spotlights waited 90 minutes for our food which was burnt and not what we ordered. Not so much as a sorry for your wait was given to us. Many people around us were complaining and having the same issue as us. I never leave negative reviews but this was an awful experience for the price.
