I have a big issue that in past decade, many restaurants add in a default service charge to the bill. It can only not be paid if the customer asks for it to be removed. Obviously this would rarely happen, as it puts the customer in an awkward situation which they don’t want when they have a meal.Yes can’t fault service at Fazenda, but why is it different to any other job? I don’t tip any other sector in the UK for doing their job - because it’s not the USA, where I have lived and service staff need tips there because they don’t have a minimum wage.It’s such a social con. Studies have shown it’s all about displays of social value m. For example, barely anybody tips delivery drivers because that service is all hidden from other peoples viewpoint.I hope Fazenda remove the default added service charge from their bill. If it’s truly optional, allow someone to add 10% at the end. To pretend it’s discretionary really left a bad taste. The good and service is good, just bake that into the price price than pretend there is a discretionary service charge.

Went here for my stag meal and had an absolutely amazing time. We had the Waygu smoked charcuterie for a special treat and there was plenty of it.The meat came out frequently and it was fresh and cooked perfectly. The favourites were the garlic steak and the gammon with pineapple.The service was fantastic and staff couldn’t have done more if they tried. We felt well looked after and I would definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant had an amazing wheelchair ramp to help anyone in a chair get into the venue.

Visited Fazendas in Liverpool and had a wonderful experience. We arrived during a quiet time, and the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, and the gentleman serving the meats provided generous portions and accommodated our requests flawlessly. The atmosphere was relaxing, making it the perfect dining spot. Was taking for a Mother's Day Treat my son Callum and his friend Jay brought his mum Jenny. The service was second to none the food was beautiful and tasty. They we're very happy to accommodate me as I am Gluten I chose Spinach and Pumpkin Risotto wow full of taste piping hot highly recommended to me great choice. I had Churros for dessert with caramel in them and what set off they came in a mini Treasure Chest wonderful ? Hopefully be back again. Emmanuel was our server lovely and helpful. Thank you for a lovely eveningVegetarian options: Risotto - Spinach and Pumpkin

It has been a pleasure a'd a very enjoyable meal. The service is top of the class, making you feel valued as a customer. Now for the food, great selection of quality meats, served at the table by knowledgeable and friendly waiters. There's also an extensive selection of sides, hot or cold a available and as delightful as the meats. Finally a great selection of beverages, wines and cocktails. Definitely a winner with plenty of easy to access car parks around. Pay them a visit you won't be disappointed!

Great rodizio bar, huge meat selection with all you can eat and brilliant sides and salad bar. Nothing is to much effort for them, and any meat desired on the menu will be brought to your table on request. There is a 12.5 % service charge added to the meal but we ways pay as the service is 5*. Also my wife told them it was my birthday and they brought this birthday cake at the end of the meal free of charge.

We have been here a few times but always during the lunch time service, this time we thought about trying the evening menu out. The food is lovely with a lots to choose from, although with the fact you have the lunch time menu as well as the evening it didn't really feel like you were getting the evening menu for the extra money as most of the time the food served was the lunch menu with the occasional serving of the evening.The service of the gentleman who bring the meat to your table I would have scored a 5 star they are all really friendly and want to make sure you get the cook you like.What let the service down for me tonight was being asked if we were finished 3 times when we just wanted a little break from the volume of food we had consumed before carrying on. The final time they asked, my partner was told that we needed to leave our table as it was needed for someone else even though on the reservation it said we had the table until 7:45 and by this point still had about 30 minutes left before the reservation was due to end. I was really disappointed by this as we felt pushed out after only an hour of being sat down for our meal.If I was to come back i wouldn't go in the evening as I felt like we had better service in the day.

Best Brazilian steakhouse I've been to in the UK, I already knew a few in London and I've been to two steakhouses in Liverpool, and Fazenda is the best!The atmosphere is very pleasant and sophisticated, the waiters are very attentive.Kid-friendliness: I was with two 6-year-old children and there were other children in the room, the children received a children's bag with paper, crayons and stickers.
