One of the worst food experiences I've had. First time trying it very disappointed had the beef hotdog bland and chewy not flavor at all and the chips where undercooked and bland definitely will be not trying five guy's again.

Was very disappointed that the Dr Pepper was only for online orders (not sure who Elizabeth Rea is) Doesn't explain why I couldn't buy a bottle that was clearly in stock. Takeaway cups aren't as sturdy as plastic

Normally have been a big fan of five guys but the last two times I’ve ordered a cheese burger the cheese has been disgusting and the burger dry to the point it’s like the cinnamon challenge all over again. Will most likely be taking a break from ordering as I have been disappointed or try other

Asked for a beefburger and got a BLT with the bacon insinerated.
Overpriced normal burgers. Nothing of special besides the chips. Much better than other fast food chains.
Pistachio shake is delicious.
Fantastic staff, food was excellent with a good portion of fries, nice chilled vibe.
Amazing place , always improving the service , now it’s very well managed much better than some time ago!
