Food was good as always, we’ve been to a couple of Frankie and Benny’s before, but the service here was incredible,they were very attentive from the moment we walked in the door, and the server we had (her name was Faith I believe) was so lovely; she spoke to us for a while and was very accommodating with food, drinks, desert etc. Definitely recommend this place, if you’re just stopping off for the way to Liverpool or if you’re out shopping at edge lane, there’s nowhere in the area better!

Went for a meal with a couple of mates and had a great time food was really nice and a great price and the staff was amazing, had a server by the name of Ruby who was really nice and friendly giving us suggestions and helping us chose when we were having trouble and made some great recommendations to us, she was really nice and very patient with us when we were having trouble choosing. The food was really great the pasta at Frankie’s is sooo good especially the bolognaise, actually tastes really nice u like other places that taste like cardboard

After a recent visit to my local frankies it has regained its number one position in my favourite places to eat. We hadn't been in quite a while and was a little dubious about going but we was made to feel very welcome from the minute we stepped through the door, the food was amazing, hot and served in a very reasonable time. Our server "Jodie"? was quite possibly one of the happiest and loveliest young ladies we have had serve us in a long time, she tended to us perfectly and always with a smile on her face. Sometimes you can tell a person is just doing a job but it was clear to see that Jodie actually enjoyed her role and had passion and pride. The toilets were clean and stocked and the bill at the end was definitely worth paying for a wonderful meal and amazing service throughout. Well done edge lane ? now if you could clone your staff member and send her to Blackpool I'll give the restaurant there another try too??
I came for something nice to eat but the service by Jodie was even better. Lovely young girl very friendly and smiling all the time, took care of me and my friend better than anyone in a restaurant ever has. Great staff.

Ordered a takeaway, I clearly put my specific dietary requirement instructions on the order & part of my order came completely wrong, riddled with stuff I can't eat. I phoned the store & was told that there's nothing they can do & refused to rectify the issue!
