I have been and ordered from this place multiple times, it is always very quick and very hot even when it has been delivered, would highly recommend this chippy, staff are also always nice.

Ordered a pick up today first time trying this chippy, food was delicious, chow mien was full of meat, big portions, prawn crackers lovely unlike some places Iv been.Food was ready when I arrived fast friendly service ?

Absolutely disgusting place from the cleanliness to the attitude of the staff.Pay over the odds to get to go elsewhere when you complain. Hahaha sound I will thanks then being followed out by said member of staff claiming to be known in the area. And what love your a nobody with drug problems. And if you keep your job after that behaviour wow. Wouldn't give them the wages that they're getting cash in hand ?

Not to sure what has happened with them maybe a new chef i dont know always used to use them an was loveley. last meal was rank. Thought id give them another try wish i didnt. mix grill the meat must of been from last week i couldnt swallow it that went in the bin special chow main the only thing speciel was the box it came in .last weeks meat and 1/2 a prawn. They need another chef. would rather starve. never again. sorry for the rant but times are hard for us all little treat £20.50 for the bin
I'm not sure what's happened with this takeaway, but It's gone downhill. I ordered crispy shredded chicken with fried rice and a carton of barbecue sauce. No where on the menu or phone order did it say ChillyThey sent chilly chicken instead, When i rang up to explain, they just dismissed my complaint, The girl said that is what i ordered, I don't like spicy foods, so why would i order something i won't eat?.The owner wouldn't change it. We've ordered from this takeaway for years but sadly never againI've always supported local businesses, but I will not be returning

Received uncooked food for my children tonight and was rudely hung up on or passed on to a member off staff with no help at all in resolving this matterI am unable to post a picture off this food as it is not giving me the option too but I am taking this further as this is very unacceptable and should not be allowed to get away with this as the food was rank ? and I have also just heard from someone else that they had the same problem with their food and the attitude from the owner and staff ! (Shocking)I for one is always supporting these small businesses but I feel this one has no customer service skills whatsoever so if your going to order from here be extra careful especially when your feeding your children as they do not care one bit and except no fault on their behalfTo say I am disgusted is an understatement!
