Have been coming here since i was an undergrad 100+ years ago, the staff in here are fantastic and i still prefer this store every day, thanks to Joanne, Lisa, Rachel and Maisie for making every day amazing, even when im feeling done for ❤️

Served a stone stone cold pasty by a stone cold hearted bitter obnoxious Karen with glasses on. Staff probably students so I suspect by the beetroot faces that they arrive late and drunk from the night before and do not cook the pasties until well past 10am and think it's okay to serve you a cold one from the day before.

Went in for a sandwich, didn't have sandwich I wanted so asked member of staff if they had any of what I wanted, she advised everything is out in the fridges and they not making anymore. Went online and ordered same sandwich that got freshly made by the same member of staff. Poor poor customer service Greggs. Started using Greggs by Victoria Gallery better staff.

Your usual Gregg's, know what you are getting in there.
Always top quality produce, cannot fault... on the occasion that it's actually open.
Always closed with no prior notice or any updates online.. however it’s awesome when open, very nice staff!
