We were lucky to book an early evening table at short notice for three - the restaurant was already busy and a mix of families, friend groups and couples throughout made for a vibrant atmosphere. Our mains were Rigatoni Arrabbiata, Crab Fettuccine and the Vegan Flank Steak. All were perfectly cooked and served *chef’s kiss*. We couldn’t decide which wine to order so our waiter brought some over to sample. Staff have sommelier training and the shared knowledge was appreciated.Deserts and cocktails rounded off the evening perfectly.I have to mention Alfie who has that knack of making us feel like we were the only people in the (very busy) room. Much appreciated. We found Gusto to be a friendly, cosmopolitan restaurant serving excellent Italian cuisine.

The rigatoni arribiata was too garlicky. It tasted like the garlic was raw and overpowering. Everything else was

Do not order the duck with balsamic sauce ,mashed potato and spring greens . It must have been a miniature type breed of duck .the greens were like a garnish really . potatoes were ok but the dish was tiny ,not enough food on the plate , and £ 22 too. It was like a starter than a main meal . I was not charged for my dish but Come on Gusto you can't charge £22 for a ting portion like this .
Went to Gusto with 2 friends. We had an amazing time! Everything was perfect. Well worth a visit. Our food was served on time and hot. We had 2 cocktails which were fab!

Just brilliant, I was in this industry most of my life until retirement and the whole visit was seamless. The quality of the food was superb and the team from reception through to taking our bill and saying goodbye went above and beyond especially Julie. My sister had blisters on her ankles, from all our walking & shopping! A lady on another table. was having problem seeing the menu with her glasses. I watched Julie go and get tissue and some spray so that the lady was able to view the menu with ease. If had a still been in the industry, I'd have been poaching her?
