Had an amazing evening at Harvester Aintree. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. The service was second to none. Every single member of staff were so friendly and helpful. The team noticed that my little niece was a big Pokemon fan. One of the team came over and gave her some cards from her personal collection which was so kind and extremely generous. This was an exceptional team from the welcome we received, to the service and the beautiful food. Thank you Harvester Aintree... you are simply the best !!

Disgraceful service . Half full restaurant but left standing at the door for 10 minutes as sign said wait to be seated with staff walking past ignoring us and manager clearly seeing us but not coming over. When finally came over he was very dismissive and ignorant . I asked for a table for two and got left standing there whilst he stared at screen and said he couldn’t fit us in. Empty tables everywhere - won’t be back to try again . Rude staff

What an excellent meal and service tonight. We had low expectations as thought it was a chain that we would never really go to. How wrong we were. Menu great, drinks great and lovely salad bar. Helen our waitress was amazing dead chatty and knowledgeable of all foods. Bourbon sauce was unreal that we bought a bottle. Definitely recommend here and we will be going again.

Had a delicious meal, Garlic Mushrooms, Half a Chicken with chips and corn followed by a yummy dessert, was definitely great value for money too I will be returning again ?

Had a lovely meal at harvester. Wanted to thank all the staff considering it was bank holiday they looked run off their feet but was happy to accommodate us. Restaurant was very busy and we waited to be seated a little but as expected. The food quality was great! Claire was our server and Anny. So helpful as my sister is gluten intolerant (I know nightmare customer) but they was kinder to her than I’d have been and showed her what was gluten free. Get the dirty bird combo if you go and wear stretchy kecks! Thank you great food and great team happy days init!
