I am a big fan of Hotel Chocolat, but I believe there is a significant issue with the service at the Liverpool branch. This is not the first time I have encountered this problem. I ordered a chocolate shake, which usually comes with cocoa whip on top. However, this time, there was nothing on top, and the staff did not mention anything about it. When I inquired, the response was rather rude, stating that the machine was broken. I have visited many other branches, and I recall that the Leeds branch would inform me about such issues before I made the payment. It feels disappointing to pay the full price but not receive what I expected.

Have visited here a few times and I'm sad to say considering the fact that this a chocolate 'hotel' the hot chocolate leaves me wanting, more hot chocolate, and considering the fact that there was no classic or milk chocolate available and I had to have a dark and still all I could taste was milk, i wanted a hot chocolate not a hot milk!!!The layout of the shop could do with a refresh/update, considering its location I would have thought it would a bit more lighter and cheeryI would like to end on a really positive noted, the staff were friendly, and apologetic, and the brownie was absolutely divine ??

House of chocolate but many options were not available ?100% dark, 85% dark both unavailable.Settled for dark-chilli hot chocolate with 70% dark chocolate… was just ok, I have had better ones before..Service was friendly and very good ambiance!

Choco addict paradise, the stuff ain't cheap but it's quality gear and you can get your fill no problem. All the staff are friendly and I've realized that chocolate is a serious business. Don't disrespect the aficionados.

Our first experience of this brand with a cafe. Very sleek and popular with everyone and especially been in the exclusive area of Liverpool one. Staff very helpful and a great range of chocolate of course. Fully recommended. Love the design of the lounge.
