Strongly recommend this place. Had my daughter’s baby shower there on 2’nd March for 30 people . Staff went above and beyond to make the occasion perfect . Afternoon tea was great and the venue was presented to an excellent standard befitting the occassion. Thanks so much for making this day so memorableAngela Bayley Hughes

We booked jam restaurant for my best friends baby shower which we attended yesterday!! There was 22 of us and honestly the staff couldn’t have been more attentive throughout the whole time we were there! The food had compliments from each and everyone of us. We had 2 girls with us who needed their food slightly adjusting to their dietary requirements which was done promptly without hesitation! We had our own space to take pictures and enjoy our get together as a group! The atmosphere was brilliant and the music was suited for all ages. 100% would recommend!! Thanks again

We booked this venue for afternoon tea and Motown. It was glitzy, glamorous and full of atmosphere. We were greeted at the door by the owner for wheelchair access. She was friendly and accommodating. The afternoon tea was amazing. I am GLUTEN FREE and it was lovely to go and eat out without any hassle. Well done to all the staff who were great. The music was great and the whole experience was fantastic. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Ann-Marie

Went here with a group of girlies for the Motown afternoon tea, we had a fab afternoon the singers had us all up dancing my only complaint was I didn't want it to end, Afternoon Tea was just perfect all fresh and tasty we've already booked for the festive Motown and can't wait to go back

Visited for a family birthday party. The venue REFUSED TO LET ANYONE CUT THE CAKE (the principal reason behind this terrible review). The disabled toilet was inaccessible. Tacky doesn’t even come close. Total pink-fest! Was giving me a headache by the end.. The food was patchy, the fish (goujons) and (chunky) chips were lovely, but could have used salt&vinegar or some lemon quarters in place of some rather bitter tartare sauce, the stir fry was insipid, zero flavour and the rice was both soggy and bitty. The chicken skewers were cooked fine but again lacked flavour.
