In general this is a great clean place to eat, an unusual entrance and not the easiest to get into. Their choice of chicken pieces in a 10 piece bucket was borderline with 3 wings & 3 drumsticks, but they were hot & tasty and friendly

Although this place looks new or recently refurbished the place is a dirty hole. When I visited it had very few customers in it but the bins were overflowing in the restaurant and in the car park. The tables were nearly all dirty and the staff were almost throwing the food at customers at the counter. Attitudes were awful. Even only one order point was working.Update its been over a year since I've been here and I've now been twice in a week.I've had a great experience both times with lovely staff a clean restaurant and the original chicken I bought was perfect slightly crispy skin and really juicy chicken inside.I hope it continues like this and wow what a difference

Ordered a Zinger tower box meal with piece of chicken and a 4 piece chicken meal.The Zinger box meal had piece of chicken missing so had to go back to counter and ask for that. The 4 piece chicken meal was all drumsticks, felt a bit underchanged to be honest. The seats and tables had not been cleaned yet the restaurant was quiet. Staff to busy chatting to each other and spending time on their phones.The toilet in the gents one of the taps did not work at all. No handsoap in either dispenser very disappointing service overall.

I have several complaints in this Particular KFC. There is a certain member of staff called "Yaning" who threw the order in my face after asking "why haven't you done my order". She is volatile, and aggressive. All other members are great at this kfc, but Yaning is shocking.Will be taking this a lot further and she needs disciplinary action taken against her. Disgrace

Ordered 2 boneless buckets, came in 1 tub. When we got home there wasn't the correct peices as we ordered. Mentioned it when we went back again and they just said oh I'm sorry about that.
Everything you expect from KFC.Easy to park, place was clean and tidy.

Worst KFC Ever! Stand waiting half an hour just to be served, then another 45 minutes just to receive your food. If you go through the drive through no staff are there to take your order because they're busy having a fag. Food is always stone cold despite waiting nearly an hour. Staff don't care and aren't bothered also. Avoid if you can!

Bun on burger was freezing cold which made fillet burger go cold. Chicken wings were dry and rock hard but uncooked in a few of them. Not the best KFC but it filled a small hole.

Once again this branch has failed to give the correct food. Ordered a boneless banquet and was given 2 mini fillets & a gravy; they left out the Chips, Beans & Popcorn Chicken. Useless.
