Went threw the drive thru yesterday and heard a manager speak to 3 members of staff with foul language and no respect towards there employees. As a manager my self in a fast food industry I think this is appalling and I would never dream to speak to my staff in such ways.

Went here today chips were poor chicken alright a bit dry gravy not the same like it use to be cup of tea nice floor clean and tables clean but am not surprised as no one else in here think twice before going back

Food was hot and juicy cannot complain about any of it BUT what I will complain about is 1 member of staff who was serving. There was no one to serve so he went out to clean up left behind rubbish on the tables, sprayed tables with spray chemical, wiped tables then put his hand in the bin to push all rubbish down, all of this with no gloves on, he then went back behind the serving counter without washing his hands and continued to serve customers and handle food. Have a word belle vale KFC and follow COSHH rules

Order placed at 6.30pm, delivered completely wrong with items missing at 7.40pm. came to store to be told the items I ordered weren't available and they had told Deliveroo. Nothing they could do, I had to get a refund off Deliveroo. No apology, poor dismissive attitude.If you want the wrong food, luke warm, over half an hour late this is your place....

CANT even look at a order an put all items in missed sons large popcorn chicken out which comes with the bucket ! Asking me to come get it no ive just paid for delivery for that reason so I dont have to come get it .. kfc is not cheap either

The only KFC to disable mobile ordering all the time. They don’t stick to opening times either. End up ordering from Edge lane or Prescot road every time.

Decided to try vegan burger and chips drove home 4 mins away burger and chips obviously cooked day before all warm, chips soggy, burger chewy meaning it's been in a hot place for ages, no straw with drink, no napkin, no sauce after asking will avoid for the future

I ordered a snack box, usually a box filled near the top with popcorn chicken and chips, today I got a bag (because apparently they ran out of boxes)which is around the same size as the box if not smaller filled less than half way with food. Asked the worker if it was correct and she said yes but it's literally less than halfway with food when it's usually at the top? It's a joke.

Seriously KFC?! ? NEVER felt so worried & sick about a takaway. Partner took me for my 1st kfc in Liverpool BelleVale... hilights included. Rancid congealed BLACK SMELLY beans? Accidentally ate some, legit worried in going to get very sick... Black chicken, I couldn't .. burger: Drop of sauce/3 pcs of lettuce on a zinger? So dry! Chips, actually OK. Mostly inedible ? so binned 80%. Vile experience.
