I ordered for a 6pc variety bucket I got everything except my 8pc chicken wings,I called and the customer service was bad.i was unable to get to them until someone finally picked up heard my complain and acted like they couldn't hear me when I could literally hear him breathing. I thought the kids were being fussy asking for the popcorn chicken in a separate box which the staff happily helped with .. turns out my kids just wanted to give them to the homeless guy at the bus stop x my thanks to the KFC staff for helping my kids do something nice ?

My 1st APP order to pick up as I was passing the KFC in Tuebrook...staff are just boss in there and service was very fast and the best thing about this certain KFC...they have a seperate counter they take all the home delivery orders....why arnt all KFC like that....the worst KFC is Knotty Ash...try getting served in there...if you don't mind waiting upto an hour after your order is put in then don't go there. Its not managed right and most of the staff just carry on doing all the home deliveries looking at all the dine in customers standing there till one of them kicks of for the long wait...i am one of them lol....some miserable argumentative staff in there....avoid KFC Knotty Ash like the plague

I bought take out today, hot&Spicy chicken and they were extra spicy andi did not enjoy chicken wings as I was feeling hot and spicy in my mouth and chips I did not like them either they were soggy I am very disappointed truly speaking.

Am shore KFC most send all their factory left overs to this place. Definitely not the same standards as the one in Town. Plus I ordered the kids meal in are order and came home to find the kids meal box empty ?. My daughter was not happy at all .that's crazy.
Mike the lack of ‘supervisor on shift’:KFC, West Derby Road, Liverpool made the same mistake twice on the order today 30/6/23. I went to get it corrected and they did it again! They put ingredients my son is allergic to on the burger after me explicitly asking them not to, twice! When I had to tell them for a second time that it was wrong, the supervisor on shift refused to come out from back and left his staff to awkwardly deal with the situation - who told me, ‘the guy preparing your food is new!’ Wow! I even wrote the order out on a piece of paper underlining ‘no’ to what needed leaving off. The servers were visibly embarrassed. The whole experience became farcically stressful.
