Rude staff who seemed angry for no reason. I was left waiting for a cottage pie for 20 minutes as they had forgotten to bring it. Then had to wait another 5 minutes while the heated it up My mother had finished her meal by the time it came. It finally arrived on a plate the size of a saucer with a spoon and it was dry and horrible. Never again!

Ordered large breakfast, minus black pudding, mushrooms and beans and asked if I could have replacements for them items. I received an extra hash brown.. might as well got the small breakfast. The egg was hard and covered in grease, sausages were dry, hash brown left me crippled with heart burn but tomatoes and bacon were ok. I asked for a cappuccino with 3 sugars. The woman behind the counter lashed a cup of coffee at me and proceeded to put 3 table spoons of white sugar in. Obviously not wanting to become diabetic I didn’t drink it. Overall, I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

I love this Cafe every staff member is friendly. There very welcoming and the customers are nice too. They all have a great sense of humour and literally their chicken curry half rice half chips is to die for and it is always clean always. If your doing your shopping in Broadway and you fancy some food and a drink this is the place to go.

Absolutely brilliant Cafe food was lovely the staff is lovely it’s very disability friendly one thing I have noticed since I’ve been going to the Cafe for the last few months as that is quite a few people in there with disabilities is very welcome I recommend ithisvcafe
