Ordered on just eat Big Mac and fries came freezing cold, drinks where spilt and half filled coffees, missing 2 mcflurrys and a milkshake and I live less than 5 min walk from here so how is food freezing cold and coffees half filled and just by the just eat reviews it’s happening to 99% of customers every day for months.

Ordered at drive thru but had to go in store as the fries were freezing - given hot ones. Got back into car only to find my hot chocolate was like water. Went back inside store only to be given replacement Hot chocolates equally watery. I give up!!!

Ordered on a food delivery app a couple of days ago, was delivered on time. About an hour and a half later I started to feel sick, the next morning I was attached to the toilet. I hoped it was because it was my first takeaway in a while. Now on day 3 and I'm convinced I have salmonella. Don't order from here.

Absolutely abysmal service, 99% of the staff are to busy to serve as they priorities the takeaway delivery services. Now the best bit....ordered a couple of meals for me and the kids, the chips stone cold and upside down in the bags. The happy meal left open in the top of the bag so that could go cold too. Got to my quarter pounder with cheese that was in the bottom of the bag with the burger on top of the box with the cheese just doing its own thing, no straws for drinks, I had two bags of food and was passed 3 drinks with no cup holder, lady must think I work for the circus. Not one word spoken to me by any staff not even a thanks or hello, anyways wasn't a pleasant experience by a long shot.

Last evening I lived the most humiliating moment of my life. I placed the order and no one brought it to my table. After half an hour I went to ask what the situation was. The salesmen stammered and didn't know what to say. And when I went to the administrator to file a complaint, one of the saleswoman whispered that I was crazy and ignored me. I'll go to the police to file a complaint against that employee for insults

NO CONSISTENCY never update open and closed times. Very disappointed when can not get breakfast before work. Walk in customers always getting messed about one day closed at 23:00 next day 22:00 make up your mind.\\n\\nThe worst thing i have seen in this place is the so called cleaner not only doing her own job but also doing other staffs job and handing out food and taking them to tables and cars without hand washing

Changed my star to a 1. Just been in food some food. Fries were so cold. Counter staff need to smile a bit more....one woman look so miserable that I was going to ask if someone had died. When I returned cold fries a member of staff was very DEFENSIVE about said fries.

Same as many other comments on here routinely they park up drive through orders and they just sit there on the side getting cold! I always end up walking in to collect the food.

Always waiting parked up for a minimum of 15minutes going through the drive through! Once I waited 35 mins for 1 meal! This morning I'm here, the carpark is empty, there's 3 customers inside and I've been waiting 15mins already for a breakfast bagel! Shouldn't of bothered and I won't next time! The service is shocking. Not fast food at all.

20 min wait for a big mac and fries...need to up your game here..had to go inside in the end to get them. These are standard retail items for maccies. Fully staffed at 5.15pm but no one to greet you. Wasnt that busy either so no excuse for waiting that long. I tend to use huyton rather than page mods branch as it seems to be better managed even though same franchise. Shame as I live 2 mins walk from page moss
