AVOIDWaited 20 mins in drive thru because one member of staff was only doing one lane and the other had been left to someone else who didn't appear to be there?(only one member of staff with headset)Food arrived cold and missing a few items which is usual for this establishment.Big mac had 9 gherkins on it.... and I may like them but not that much.Been a shambles for years but nothing is ever done to rectify the shops incompetence.

Very clean store. Lots of parking available for restaurant an drive in. Tiolets were clean. Food was fresh an hot. About a 5 min wait from ordering on the pre paid screen to receiving.

Ridiculously slow service tonight. Asked to park up for a cheeseburger and fries not before waiting an age. Finally get food, then I see my burger had a plain cheeseburger sticker on it? And no onions on the other double cheeseburger. It looked like it was everyone's first day. Never again.

The order app on my mobile doesn't always work it went through but the app couldn't connect with Mcdonald s so i ordered the meal again on the advice of a McDonald's assistant on the screen In the restaurant and unfortunately after about 10 ,,mins the app connected and took £36 direct from bank . I informed a manager who was amazing and seeing our dilemma he refunded the money back to us immediately and made a fresh order@ great service again from McDonald's staff always helpful and politeParking: About 15 spaces

I visited McDonald's Aintree today and was very disappointed apple donut was stale and out of date, both double cheeseburgers were a lot to be desired cold and dried out burgers which went in the bin. I should have complained but my daughter was very embarrassed for me to confront the manager. Please if this happens to you Complain. What a total waste of money
