I don't come to this McDonald's much but whenever I am her the service I receive is amazing so I would most defiantly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to visit it.

Horrible little manager, drove to this place after missing item, blamed just eat as usual even though they sealed the bags. Said all just eats problem, manager was already harassing her staff when I walked in. As I was complaining to her she started talking to another customer, so rude and unprofessional, wouldn't give me her name or no as I'm raising it with franchise owner. This is the 3rd order in a row that has been wrong or not turned up. Franchise owner needs to sort this out, awful

Never do an online order. As they ALWAYS get it wrong!!!. Then they NEVER answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! The whole order was completely wrong. Now have to pay extra on a taxi to take the order back to get it fixed!!!!. All in total including taxi fare we paid out over £60. Never using this place ever again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store at all!!!!.Was told to ammend it through JustEat as they can't do anything. Now we have to reorder and now wait longer to see if it will resend the food or do refund and try and order again ?. Fumming is an understatement!!!!!!!!. They need to prioritise their customer service. I'll be calling manager and putting in a complaint. That's if they answer!!!!!!!!!! Will be taking my business elsewhere. This store is beyond a joke!!!!!!!.

First of all, why is there no option to give no stars? Second of all do the staff her have no idea how to read or check orders? I ordered from them again and all I can say is at least 2 out of five of us could eat. lets add they could eat freezing cold food. is it me or is this restaurant a complete failure. they have incompetent staff who clearly need to go back to school.

Just a joke no facility to order and pay at counter told had to be done “on screen” staff member was less than helpful and offered no assistance whatsoever just ridiculous. Would not consider a return. Walked out

Ordered from here a few times by mistake trying to order from the Speke McDonalds on Uber Eats and every time I receive the wrong order or missing items.It's a good thing Uber Eats offers refunds.Avoid this one, the Speke McDonalds is better by a long shot.

I go get breakfast for the guys at work every friday. always get it right and on the rare occasions they havent they always put it right. We put some big orders in so we expect something to get missed but it is rare that there are mistakes. Good job guys
