It's McDonalds, what more can I say. I went to the drive through and ordered 20 nuggets and a triple cheeseburger and had to park up for nearly 20 mins just to get my food and of course they forgot the sauce.

Even for a Maccies this particular franchise is a shambles. Don't expect the hungover teenagers to get any part of your order right, especially at the weekend.

Went to the drive thru on Aigburth Road 24th February 2024 about 3ish pm, the person who took the order was kind and friendly and very courteous, and I also told him this.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The women serving, the one with one tooth, was beyond rude. They took over ten minutes at the drive through even though there were no other customers and the food was still cold. Also forgot my burger and dipping sauce. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever. Been too. And the staff need a wash.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The woman serving, the one with one tooth, was beyond rude. The food took 15 minutes even though there was no one else waiting. Somehow it was still cold and they forgot half my order. The staff need mandatory showers as their hygiene put me off.

Like any other McDonalds, poor quality food but you can get it fast.I think they put to another level difference between what you are getting actually and how it should look on the promo photo.Coffee is ok and some deserts are decent.

All the food was cold. The fries were still slightly frozen. The extra pickles where under the burger in the Bosc instead of on the burger

Excellent. Far better than any other McDonald I've ever been to. Those guys deserve a salary increase.Vegetarian options: May be more of them would be better. More low calories and low fat dishes would be welcome by many
