Came to 310 Kensington, Liverpool L7 2RN on 21-03-2024 At the time of 17.40 order number 050 Purchased one cream egg flurry £2.19 Was served by a rude employee by the name of Ellie How I know this is I asked her name as NO STAFF has ID badges in the uniforms. This person was extremely rude and ill mannered when placing my order and should not be employed with such a bad attitude. Whilst I sad down, I also observed people asking for the manager and complaining. This franchise is definitely not run correctly and under very bad management. CAN NOT - WILL NOT - SHOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Wasn’t given my chips with order and when I went up to ask them for the rest of my order they didn’t seem bothered at all and chips were pretty cold ngl. Staff was horrible to me wife, she asked for a water and got given a cup half fall with no lid and she stated it smelt funny, I want my money
