Freezing cold food, when asked politely could we have hot food, no apologies, changed food with a sneer, then burgers only warm, no gherkins on, by this time couldn't even be bothered to say anything. We ended up laughing that we ate our food angrily. Seems to be more constant with maccies. Sad.

The cleaner is the most pleasant approachable lady, she holds the business up and maintains its standards with care. She deserves a raise and recognition she’s great. Loyal to McDonald’s and an amazing worker- but even more importantly an amazing person. Her name is Becky x

Food - fairly standard. Toilets - probably one of the worst in any maccies I've been to, horrendous smell and not usable.

Ordered through app for home delivery. Missing half the order ???? Chip in kids meals were unediable. It took 10 mins to delivery but the chip felf like they had been in fridge never
