Great staff, clean premises and fast efficient service.

Poor service, always get told to park up and when food arrives, it’s always cold and not enjoyable to eat and I don’t normally complain, go to a different McDonalds 5 mins

Constantly get drive-through orders wrong. Everything I want I get charged for but they “forget” to put part of it in every damned time.

Cheap breakfast just down the road from the Premier Inn. Returned here a few months later, and the food was cold quality was poor no butter for the muffin. Staff not really interested..

The guy Dylan took my order and put my slip in the bin after taking my order and I was waiting, then I asked for my slip and another guy gave me a duplicate. They took 30mins for just fish fillet and medium fries.

The sheer incompetence of the home delivery service is difficult to comprehend. Not only was the order twenty minutes late, a number of items were missing.

Very early mornings is when I call. Full of very young staff who chat as much as serve.

Dropped the drive through ticket on the floor so was waiting in a space for 20

I'm well aware this is a McDonald's and I'm not expecting the world, but firstly they removed our order from their system as fulfilled without any food being served- that's now a 20 minute wait. When we received our order my daughters burger, literally had NO BURGER in it! Didn't bother complaining as it'll be another 20 minutes wait and they'll likely spit in it.Horrifically busy, noisy and run by kids.
