Sent my child over to get us food and he was instantly kicked out by security and told no teenagers after 5pm. Ruined my childs mood and I would understand if there was a gang of kids but he was on his own.Kid-friendliness: No kids after 5pm

The worst one ever. This restaurant are the ultimate in incompetence. If you order online, your order will be wrong every time, by major items. Their staff are either illiterate, stupid or just don’t care. Food arrives cold and the chips are never cooked fully. Check your order before you leave the drive through, they can’t get that right either. When you complain, you are told to go back to the delivery people. So, you might get an item refunded. It doesn’t feed you. You complain on Twitter, you get a minimum voucher which doesn’t cover the cost you had originally. Avoid this place

Terrible service and freezing cold food AGAIN ! I ordered from Deliveroo and the driver took 50 mins to deliver my order to my nine year old son who was hungry. This was despite paying for a PRIORITY service. Unfortunately this is happening all the time and McDonalds use Deliveroo as a cop out. absolute joke! stealing money from people
