We went for a birthday party the other day and the food was lovely - one of the members of the group didn’t get their food for half an hour, however when we questioned this, her food was brought over and we received a large amount of free desserts which was unexpected and very much appreciated.The people we spoke to about the missing food were not the same as took our order but they still sorted our problem without question so thank you Shih, Jack and Alex

The food was lovely as always, the chicken wraps are always delicious, thank you! The atmosphere is always pretty chilled and relaxed, and the waiting time wasn't as long as expected which was a lovely surprise. We were waited on by Meg, who was so lovely and friendly, and kept checking on us - she went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, even coming to say goodbye as we left which we thought was incredibly sweet of her!

Great service and lovely food as normal. We popped in pre theatre. However this review is to praise the manager, Mike. What a genuinely nice guy he is. Nothing was too much trouble and he went the extra mile. Well done.

Toilets a bit of a mess tbh, no loo roll, some Spanish speaking people who were struggling to navigate that, but your stereotypical Nando’s in every other way.
Food was good but nothing special but service was super absolutely lovely

Kids happy to come here for the Nando’s chicken. They had to cook the whole order again as the food was cold the first time. Be prepared to wait as very popular. Parking can be a problem unless you parked in Liverpool 1 and walk over. There is a NCP car park nearby.

We was sat next to the door which was freezing cold especially not helpful when it is the season to be catching colds..Our drinks took 15mins to arrive and we have to go up and ask for our cups. The worst part was our food..We went up to go and get forks and there were none there, we went up to ask for them but they got more knives instead and said they were still in the wash...Our food then arrived even without our forks and we waited an even longer 20minutes for our food to go stone cold(disappointing..)We then asked for a fresh plate of our order but instead just clearly microwaved the food.. just stick to the one in Liverpool one. The managers there were lovely and did try their best but the other staff were just rude.
