Been here a few times now and it’s always lived up to expectations (if not exceeded them).The service has been excellent, cannot complain at all. Macy and Freya are real stand outs.The food and drinks are delicious. This, alongside the atmosphere creates a wonderful experience all round.If you’re in Liverpool I cannot recommend this venue enough.

Not a great experience food was tasty but too small of portions and over priced. The service was shocking no staff behind the bar at one point felt like one fella on the floor was doing everything took ages to be served needed more staff. Not a great atmosphere felt like i was in a club with no one there eating food. Weird experience left straight after meal might be more livelier on the weekends we went on a thursday so it was dead. Dj wasn't great.

I attended here on a hen do for bottomless dining and couldn't be more disappointed. Long review but worth it as you will be disappointed.After booking 3 months in advance we get given a table upstairs tooked away around the back, unable to see any entertainment and out of the atmosphere that we had paid for and looking forward to. Complained to the manager and told this was the pnly table in the venue big enough for 14 pepple yet there was other hen dos down stairs of the same size party.Drinks were ordered straight away and when they arrived ALL MIXERS WERE FLAT. I requested a replacement drink informing the waiter it was flat, no drink arrived so I spoke to a further waiter and 20 minutes later one arrived, AGAIN FLAT! After speaking to another waiter (3rd one by now) and informing them the coke and all mixers were flat I waited another 20 minutes+ for a rum and coke... only to be disappointed it was FLAT AGAIN!! It took me over an hour to get my first drink on a 90 minutes bottomless, absolute joke!The other end of the table (who we couldn't speak to because of the massive table they put us on) were told there was an issue with the drinks pump which was why they were all flat, this was an hour after we started bottomless yet it had been an issue as soon as we started the experience.We also have someone who can't not drink alcohol, had requested non alcoholic drinks and when they were brought they contained alcohol EVERYTIME!People in the party ordered drinks that never came, compaling so they brought 5 drinks as we were leaving.The only positive about this place was the food was lovely and the entertainment was great if you were sat on a table that could actually see it!I would never go here again and I would never advise people to visit because its a waist of money!

Food & service were good. Really nice serving team and very attentive. However it took us half an hour to get seated after we paid a deposit. I get that it is a very popular place but made for a poor start to the night. After speaking to the manager after we paid the whole bill she gave us a rehearsed speech of why they will gives us no compensation for the delay. Recommend for a girls night out but do expect to wait.

Not the experience we expected.. had the valentines menu and felt like the quality of food did not match the price.. steak very fatty and foil found in cheesecake. Just felt a bit let down having travelled from Sheffield for the night, expected high quality after seeing videos and reviews online.
