I go to this café all the time, it's my little sanctuary on rough days. The staff are lovely, if not a little overworked on busy days! The food is delicious and always really reasonably priced, especially when they could charge Lark Lane prices comfortably.Wheelchair accessibility: I see folks in wheelchairs here all the time as there is an accessible ramp!

Can confirm the donut was indeed stale

Im absolutely appalled at the staff in this place. Refused to fill the water bottle up for the children and told us to go and fill it in the toilets. The bottle wouldn’t fit under the tap in the toilet but she didn’t care. The time we spent going back and fourth about she could have filled a paddling pool. She claimed to be the manager. If this is true they really need to consider that role as she was vile. No customer service whatsoever. It’s a pity this didn’t happen before I parted with £50! Safe to say it’s the last penny I’ll ever spend there. Wouldn’t mind, she looked like a melted welly.

Nice lunch at sensible prices. Could include healthy options on menu though.

Bit worn down, nice on a sunny day. Toilets need updating or more sanitiser stations around.

This used to be such a nice cafe to visit. I visit regularly with a friend and I am finding the place uncomfortable to be in. I regularly see that some of the owners do not seem to care that their dogs climb on the seats and wander around the cafe even begging at other tables. The staff, on being informed, don't do anything about it. There needs to be rules about dogs on seats and being on leads which need to be enforced.

Go regularly for a coffee but becoming more disillusioned. Why do people think it is fine to allow their dogs to roam inside and worse still sit on chairs! I have spoken to staff who say this shouldn’t happen but do nothing about it. I don’t dislike dogs but the rules in the cafe are dogs should be on a lead inside. Staff need to enforce this

Bought 2 hot drinks and 2 pastries, well pastries was hard to chew, binned it after one bite, £7 for 2 out of date pastries, should be soft and fresh, stick to just drinks from now

This is one of my favourite places for coffee, picturesque, nice coffee, food prices and friendly staff, what more could you ask for? The staff are great, I walk the park everyday, they call you by name, remember what you drink and even get the drink ready before you enter, when they can. Karolina is especially good at making you feel welcome and is the star at Oasis who preps my drink B4 I've even entered, amazing service on her part, thank you ??

Declined use of their toilet for my children. Disgusting. Had food and drinks in the past and very low quality.

I have a real issue here with the public toilets. They close them at about half 4 but the place is open to 7... They don't look after them very well and the doors to them (main and side are always closed). I don't get why they don't have to be open as they are the only ones in the

Incredibly rude staff, astronomical prices, awful standard of food. What should be a great community resource feels like a con service in it to scrape every penny out of you. Beyond bad.
