Gorgeous food, as always. Quick service, and we had lovely serving staff (Jerome and Marissa). Great vegan and gluten free options too!Dietary restrictions: Majority of the menu is vegan and gluten free, loads or choices

The ambience is great. Staff are so polite and helpful. The spring rolls and pho were on point. Our server explained how to eat the pancake and we had a great time.

Food was amazing. However I waited almost half hour for my bowl of noodles, at a non-busy hour where many tables were empty. Service was friendly but very slow and inattentive.

Been here a couple of times and called-in after a recent visit to the cinema, (no booking), great way to round-off a good night. Staff really approachable, helpful and pleasant. Food was smashing and reasonable price, (beer Lau a bit steep, though), spring roll starter, chicken pho and beef vermicelli mains, spot-on. Relaxed atmosphere and deffo be returning.??

The main Pho dishes were lacking a little in flavour. The House Pho more than the Crab Noodle Pho we ordered. Still very refreshing and what we needed at the end of the day. Friendly staff and quiet atmosphere.

The food here is just incredible! I can’t stress how much I’ve enjoyed it every time I’ve visited. The atmosphere is great and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s also air-conditioned so it was the perfect place to get out of the heat for some food and cold beer.

Everything else was good...however I feel I must mention the Crab soup! Perhaps it's my lack of knowledge but I was expecting crab to be the star of my dish. It tasted OK but much blander than expected. Crab soup should smack you in the face with flavour. I mentioned this to the waiter and he explained it was a traditional dish and had a type of crab omelette cubes. He did reduce our bill and said I was not the 1st customer to mention being disappointed with the crab soup Starters and everyone else's meals were good. Staff were exceptionally good. I would eat here again...but that crab soup will clearly be avoided by me.

Always excellent. Pho is one of the best Vietnamese chain restaurants. The Liverpool branch always brings out freshly cooked food, with fresh ingredients. Food is always on point and the atmosphere is always chilled. The staff are also very lovely. Tonight we were served by Meg and Millie, both class acts! Recommended place to eat and have pho! (The rice dishes are also fab!)

The lady serving us was very polite and accommodating. We didn't get her name but she had glasses and a sleeve tattoo. We traveled up from Hertfordshire and this was the first restaurant we visited and we were very pleased with the food and service we received. The food came out fast and was hot, delicious and reasonably priced for being in the centre of the city. Thank you for having us!

Really nice food! Been there many time. This one time the noodles wasn't soft enough and they took it back to the kitchen although I said it wasn't necessary, and they fixed it for me. Excellent service ?

We love that this place is dog friendly and the staff were attentive at the beginning. The spring rolls were nice but the noodles we had (crab noodle soup), was so so salty that we could not eat it. The other meals were average. We didn't get asked whether our meals were OK despite clearing away our full bowls. I'm not blaming the wait staff here as it seemed that they wanted to avoid knowing. As soon as they cleared half the bowls away (not even all) they brought the bill. I'm sure some people have asked for items to be taken off their bill but they just assumed we'd do the same.
