TERRIBLETook almost 2 hours for the food to be delivered. It was barely warm when it arrived, garlic bread was completely burnt, pizza’s were garbage.Just dreadful customer service and food

Ordered a large half and half pizza and a cookie dough dessert. Driver turned up with a medium Hawaiian pizza which was cold and no dessert. Rang them and they said they can't resend the order as they had no drivers available and they couldn't give a refund themselves but to contact customer services which no doubt will take forever to resolve.Use Papa John's or Dominoes instead, this branch is a joke.

I ordered 2 large pizzas are they taste disgusting. We tried one portion from each pizza and put the rest in the bin. A waste of money and food.\\nNever ordering from pizza hut again.

Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time\\u0026money to order from the place. Twice had probldms with them. First time order never arrived and they said driver had a problem with the bike so could not carry on with the delivery. To get my money back i had to wait over a month. Today order came late and pizza was out the package. Driver just laughed when asked what i am supposed to do with a pizza that was all over his bag then chucked back in. Clearly could not eat it. God knows how long will have to wait this time for a refund

Very bitter experience twice so far. Both the times, the delivery didn't happen. Placed order for £80 worth items at 2 pm. ET for delivery is 2.40pm. Once the order was out for delivery, tracking wasn't available. waited till 3.10pm While enquired Pizza Hut, they mentioned that since the delivery person wasn't available, they arranged it through Deliveroo, and that they can't track the driver. It was absolutely absurd to hear that after waiting for 1 hour since ordering. We had a party and 8 kids were waiting in hunger. Our party did not end very well as kids were all crying desperately.\\nIf there's no delivery person, they shouldn't have take up the order, or called us and explained the situation.
