“I popped into the Liverpool Albert Dock Rudy's for lunch recently and had a Margherita pizza, a side salad and a beer. All the food and service was great so I paid on my credit card and left. I didn't ask for a receipt [which is rare] as it was such a straightforward bill. I was therefore shocked when I recently received my credit card bill to find I had been charged £39.90 for what should have been a bill of around £21!! That will teach me to check the bill in future!! Shame really as I enjoyed the experience and I quite often stay on the Albert Dock and had plucked up courage to venture in on my own. I must have been charged someone else's bill.”

“Came here with high expectations after reading reviews and there always being a queue outside. Food was good but certainly not the nicest Italian we've been to and we definitely wouldn't queue to get in again. We had dough balls to start which were amazing but the lasagne was pretty average. We asked for a cheesy garlic bread to go with our lasagnes but this arrived with the starter and was unfortunately cold by the time our lasagnes came out.”
