My experience at the Puffin Rooms was exceptional. The service was beyond excellent, my favourite staff being Emily. She went above and beyond to help us and made us feel so welcome. I would return solely just to experience the service provided by her and the others! Joe was also a special touch, he reminded me of Austin powers! GROOVY BABY! I will return

Great place to relax, smoke a cigar and have a nice drinkThe staff in there are very professional feels like a premium job but you can have a chat too.Service can be mixed if it's busy but overall it's usually good. Chairs are comfy too

I made a reservation for my boss and his wife and to say they were extremely impressed is an understatement. The service, food, cocktails, ambience were outstanding and to top it all, the amazing Cigar lounge. Would 100% recommend - you will not be disappointed.

What an amazing night. My daughter and I enjoyed the whisky tasting experience last night. I felt I had to write the review because the service and experience was so good. Theo talked us through the whisky making process and his knowledge and Enthusiasm was amazing. I can't wait to return and bring my dad next time. All the staff are so polite and attentive, you feel so special. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Under “food” I reserve those 5 stars for the phenomenal Old Fashioned - the best I’ve had in YEARS of trying them wherever I can - and a mind-blowing concoction of their own called the “Old Tobashioned”, which is a must if you like a smoked Old Fashioned. The cigar hostess (Aimee, I think) was knowledgeable and attentive way beyond expectation and the singer Victoria sent us back to some mythical bygone era of style! Can’t recommend the place enough, get a Joya de Nicaragua Corona if ya know what’s good for ya!!

Go on a Friday / Saturday for live music. We had a pianist who was excellent and took requests, it made our night. Excellent service too, the drinks were pricey and unique, but the atmosphere made it all worth it.

We have been to the Puffin Rooms on many occasions and decided to spend NYE there. We had a lovely evening. The entertainment- Grace Notes, were very good as usual, the canapes were delicious and the service was good. The ticket price included Champagne on arrival and at midnight. Looking forward to our next visit.

Chose this place for my husband's birthday celebration. Something a little different which I knew my Husband would appreciate. The place is very stylish and and the staff were extremely polite and attentive. I booked the table for 5pm but we managed to be seated at our table for 4.30pm. Ordered 2 rounds of cocktails which were excellent . The meal was first class and the act was a pianist who was very, very good. No lager is served but they do amazing cocktails, spirit's and wines and specialize in whiskies and cigars. Super definitely one evening to remember. Team work makes the dream work and this place is testament to that.

6 or 7 of us slipped out of our Christmas party arrangement to spend an hour at Puffin Rooms, not for the first time. As always we were welcomed with a smile and quickly had fine Rum’s, cocktails and cigars in hand. A pleasure as always.
