Loved it here today! Great little spot on Lord street, but on the first floor so a little get away from the chaos. Excellent coffee too, good to find a barista that knows what he's doing ? reasonably priced and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Rococo is our number one choice when shopping in Liverpool, whether we just have coffee+cake or a sandwich, everything is always fresh and tasty. Even though they are always very busy, the food is always served quickly+ by friendly staff.

A great place for food and drinks. Love the way original features have been used. Very popular. You can sit and read whilst just having a drink , or something to eat. Cosy furniture with gorgeous chandeliers hanging. Toilets are clean. Well worth a visit. Reward card available to collect a stamp on each visit, then redeem for a free drink once it's complete ??

The cafe is quite big and has old-fashioned furniture which is quite interesting. The large cappuccino was alright, but nothing special. A little bitter for my taste.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible with a wheelchair because the cafe is located on the first floor

Website says they open at 9am, got told they were waiting on a delivery, so we waited out in the cold for the 10 minutes that they said it would take. Customers came and went, trying to get in and looking confused. One customer ducked under the shutter and then came back out and left. Then, after 45 mins we called to ask if we could come up yet. Eventually, they unlocked the shutters and let us up. Staff seemed like we had walked into their living room and asked for food. Very short and sharp with us.Got told "it's a cafe not a restaurant" by one of the servers...but most cafe staff clear the tables as standard and don't expect customers to take all plates and cutlery to a table for them. Very happy to tidy my table and return mugs, but a laminated poster essentially tells you to do it.Food was great, but customer service training wouldn't go amiss. Also, if you have deliveries past 9am, open later. ?

Nice place and it is bigger than you think from the street.I only had a iced latte and it was good. The only problem is the blender that is too loud

Hot Food order placed, table number given, sat down, waited for food, bit of a wait but a weekend so didn't mind as appreciate it gets busy.Waitress brought food, asked us if there was anything else we needed and told her just waiting on drinks, she went away we thought to locate drinks, 10 mins later, food nearly eaten, no sign of drinks so went o find someone. On way I helped another Waitress pick up items she had dropped from a tray o her way back to the kitchen so I asked her if she could find out about our drinks ... she didn't respond because another remember of staff abruptly told me before she had an opportunity to respond that you collect yourself from the end of the counter. Had this been communicated at the outset I wouldn't have an issue or even when the food arrived and we asked about missing drinks, could we not have been told then? It just required better communication, wouldn't put me off returning as now I know and the selection of food and drinks, ambience of place was all good.

Lovley coffee but £7 for one slice of cheese on toast on a tiny plate with no garnish is a bit much

Stopped in here again after finding it when visiting Liverpool in May… it’s a very pleasant place to spend time, the staff are friendly and the coffee is great. The wifi works a treat too, didn’t have a cake this time but they look lush.

Stumbled across this lovely place while visiting Liverpool. Loved it so much we visited three times while visiting different sites in Liverpool. The sausage and egg sandwich was lovely. Had the passion fruit Bobba tea on another visit. So nice! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Liverpool.
