5 of us dined and we all enjoyed the food, however the service was not quite up to scratch. When we arrived at 6.40, 5 mins early, the restaurant was very busy, however the waiting-on staff should have approached us earlier than the 30 minutes it took them. When they finally arrived, they took the drinks and food order together. 4 of us ordered a banquet and 1 a starter and mains. The drinks arrived quickly apart from the jug of water, which I had to request twice. The banquet starters arrived but the single starter didn't. It was finally served with the mains. The portions were just enough, no more, no less, so no waste. When you book a table you'll be asked to pay a deposit. I said on the night "I bet they don't deduct the deposit from the bill and sure enough I was correct. Nice atmosphere but the aforementioned service issues affected the size of the tip we left.

Avoid, that’s all I will say about this place! A huge brawl broke out during our visit and food was cold. Rude staff also

Food was okay, but i've had better at more sensible prices. Menu was pretty limited and dull to be honest. The waiters were great, friendly, polite and eager to help. But I didn't think much of the menu.

I am just leaving the door of this place now. Me My Wife and 4 kids went to have a meal ordered a chicken and sweetcorn soup for a starter with some crispy automatic duck soup was like water would egg yolks swimming in it. It was a proper turn off, it was like a runny snot then we proceeded to have the crispy automatic duck which was like it was boiled rather than roasted because it was like chewing gum. I would not dare to order means I am now leaving disestablishment. By the way it’s overrated charge me £50 for five soft drinks, three of those was kids drinks, and a quarter of so cold crispy duck.

Went here with friends as we were in Liverpool for the weekend and looking for something different. What a find the decor was brilliant, food delicious and well presented and the service was first class. It is also spotlessly clean and tidy and the toilets were lovely. Can’t wait to go back again and would highly recommend this amazing restaurant.

One of our party of three suggested this place because of it central location and I can say its location is the only thing going for it. When we had eaten two of us came up with the same description of the meal which was OK and I think that that sums up this place. An OK meal which was overpriced. If you want the quality of food you would get from the average Chinese take away but less of it and at twice the price then here it is. You could say the price included having the seating and service but as the service could also be described as OK and we were rushed out as soon as we had finished eating I am not sure the price justifies the average meal.

Second visit to this restaurant and wasn't disappointed. The restaurant decor is amazing and absolutely spotless. The staff are excellent and took our order quickly. The soup starter arrived and was hot and delicious. We had brakes in between each course which was no problem to the staff. The appetizer arrived quickly when we requested it and again portions were very good and really tasty. Again had a break and finally ordered our main. The photographs do more justice to the food than my description. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

We visited Liverpool as a break away and was looking for somewhere that was within the medium budget range and came across this restaurant. It was about 6.30pm when we walked in and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. We sat down in a really nicely decorated restaurant, was immediately served by a friendly waitresses and unusual for a Chinese restaurant - soul music playing in the background. Our drinks came quickly followed by our food. And it was delicious. Hot, full of flavour, well presented and tasty. By the time we finished the restaurant was nearly full, so I’m guessing we had sat down early for dinner. We were stuffed so we took in the atmosphere while we finished our drinks and let our food settle down. The service was excellent, toilets clean and bright (this is important I think for a restaurant) and ladies the mirrors are well lit so you can reapply your lipstick after having a delicious meal. Was very pleased that we choose this restaurant and would definitely recommend.
