Very bad customer service I havnt met anyone like it doesn’t know where anything is in the shop got my stuff wrong on every single item sever times until I showed them where it was brought me a doctor pepper when actually asked for water then said it was flavoured water and it cleary was not l!!! Very unhappy how can they be so silly

Pulled up and asked if they excepted key fuel cards showed her the card and The girl said yes. I proceeded to fill up my tank. Went back to pay with key fuels card and it didn't work. Then she said she had never seen a key fuels card before and I would have to use another card.\\nThis lady was in another world of her own. Has no clue what day it is. Wasting my time. Would have gone somewhere else for fuel. Eg is a joke

Shock horror - where has Starbucks gone? Not to worry, David offered 1st class training and support as we ventured into the world of Leon! My wife who is very particular about her coffee, said is was "very nice"! Phew!! Thank you David, for once again offering 1st class support and re-assurance at a time of potential 'crisis'!

The petrol station has been closed since Sunday (now Tuesday) due to an “IT issue” . Strange how a company with a net income of 21.5 billion can’t even fix an issue that shuts down the entire petrol station. Use pen and paper if you can’t work out how to use a computer!

Told to remove my helmet before fuelling. Thought everywhere had moved on from this positive discrimination now. Used the garage for years as well but it seems I'll have to find somewhere else now.

Today I was here to fill up my company car and I went to pay with my company fuel card and the Point Of Sales was not working and they did not inform me before. I did not have cash and another customer got the same problem and he only said to the lady "I am a neighbour, I'll come back later", and the lady who was there said: it ok.
I tried to explain the same because I was with my child in the car, and she answer me no because I accepted 2 already. I explained to her I live next to the Whiston Hospital and them she said no again. I ask to her why he has this choice and there is not the same choice for me?
She said I´ll call the police, I said what? ok call the police then, Everyone got very nervous, and I decide get money for my personal account and paid because my child was outside waiting for me.
The customer service is very bad and to be honest very disappointed. I feel it was discrimination because I am foreigner.
I am not going to come back again, ever.

The shop is ok but small and expensive. Fuel is dear too.
Biker friendly (don't ask you to take your lid off or get off your bike while filling up) because of this I make it my number one choice of local stations. Friendly staff and decent fuel.
