I visited the Starbucks located in Liverpool Lime Street train station and initially had concerns due to its small size. Given my preference for a highly customized coffee, developed over numerous visits, I was skeptical about the quality I would receive. However, to my pleasant surprise, the baristas at this location demonstrated their expertise by crafting an exceptional coffee that met my specific preferences. Furthermore, the overall customer experience provided at this establishment showcased a commitment to upholding Starbucks' core values and standards.

This was the best Starbucks experience of my life. The atmosphere was incredible and the staff (Maxwell and Soundar) were delightful. They asked me about my life and they were truly invested in the response. They checked to make sure the milk was alright and gave me the most delicious chai drink I’ve ever tasted. 5 stars all around. I would rate more if I could.

I recently went into the Starbucks and had asked the servers to make me a iced chaii latte with matcha foam which isn’t an actual drink however all the staff were extremely helpful and started working on making me that drink straight away ! They perfected it !! Great service, great attitude and always make great drinks !!

Popped in for an oat latte, service was quick and polite although they had run out of medium cups and possibly heat covers as I was never given one, my friend wanted a tea but the boiler was faulty so had to go elsewhere.
