Overcharged me for a bigger size than I had. Only had 1 staff member so there was a wait at every stage. I won't be coming back here.

This is the slowest service of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited. It’s routine to wait 7-10 minutes after ordering till coffee. The staff are pleasant, but there’s no sense of urgency, rather a lackadaisical attitude and socialising with each other seems more important than serving customers. I’m in here twice a week at this time and I usually wait ten minutes. Really not good enough
