Visited today with my Sister after a walk and decided to get us both a small Latte, chocolate chip cookie ? for my sister and packet of crisp for myself. Then my sister got me a chocolate pop cake which was quite moreish and delicious, after a chat I then freshened up in the toilet before walking back home.

No parking spaces Filthy inside Staff lazy and incompetent Hannah the manager rude and ineffective , sitting out the back Terri the server a snarler I complained that we waited 40 minutes, was informed it was 20, told yo park up and my drink would be brought out after 40 minutes...young chap shouted at me and Terri barked back when I replied 'he's a child" if he was a child why was he employed to pass drinks through a window, which is what he did sitting down at a window for 40 minutes Disgusting experience

The service in the eat-in part of the cafe was very slow. There were 4 staff members behind the counter and it took 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge me. The drinks were served in takeaway cups and the food in paper bags, even though we were eating in. Staff seemed too busy having banter with colleagues to give good customer service - while we were having our drinks, one staff member stuck his middle finger up at a colleague. Unprofessional and lacking in pride.

This place is always dirty and messy. I’m here now at 11am on a Saturday. Not busy at all but place looks like it’s 6pm and not been cleaned all day. Music is always loud in here too and it’s south-facing with floor to ceiling glass so effectively a greenhouse.

Possibly the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. They prioritise the drive thru so that will be quicker - but if you choose to go indoors, expect to be left waiting a good 10 minutes to get your order.

With the exception of a couple of staff members there doesn't seem to be any interest in clearing tables and wiping them down. The staff give off a couldn't care less vibe.
Need to change the times online shut at 8 when it states 930 drove here for nothing and it depends who’s on aswell because I got a flat white the other day when I asked for a latte and it was warm would give no stars if I could manager needs to manage the store or leave

Staff are rude and cannot make a hot latte it was more just a warm flat coffee and got told she does know what a latte is because she works in a coffee shop ( oh really because I thought I was in a fruit shop with a fruit loop )
