Food was standard Subway, but the man that served us had no manners also i had to reach under the screen protecting us ti get the sandwiches, very unprofessional i won't go there again

Worst Subway I have ever had and I’ve had many - really mean with portions of meat - didn’t bother to measure the chicken until I expressed concern at amounts - mean with vegetables and salads - just ate my sandwich and it was dry and lacking in ingredients - severely lacking in customer service - will not be back!

Love dropping into Subway when I am pub and bar hopping, quick,tasty meals on the go ,perfect sandwiches to soak up the beer, visited this outlet on a Wednesday afternoon while heading to Mathew Street and I must say my visit was good. Ordered a cheese and salad sandwich ? ,prepared in front of me,fresh ingredients and very tasty indeed ? ,environment of this outlet was covid safe and staff very pleasant, all in all I couldn't fault anything about my visit to this Subway that's located on North John Street, highly recommended if your in the area.

I am appalled at the service i received in this Subway. The man was rude and did not make the sandwich properly. He messed up the order and when asked for something he was rude about it. He then over charged my friend for a sandwich, charging her the price of a meal for 1 sandwich.

My son and I popped in Monday evening and I ordered the vegan meatballs only to be told they didn't have any. I understand places can and do run out of things, especially towards the end of the day, but the man who served us didn't even apologise. I declined his offer of a veggie patty [Yuck]and said I'd leave it. My son then ordered a Tuna Melt and the man didn't ask if he wanted it toasted and just handed it to us cold. I should have been paying more attention but was busy wondering where I could get some food from and my son was too awkward to say to him. However the clue was kind of in the name; Tuna MELT!
