Me and my boyfriend are on our first trip together and we were hungry. This has to be the best subway we have been to. Jay was extremely friendly helping us with what toppings were which. When I mentioned I’m doing a scrapbook she went out of her way to give me 10 of the stickers. We will defo be coming back to this one Thank you so much

Went here today for lunch about 1pm. Was a really nice subway with a lovely atmosphere. Staff were very friendly especially the male member of staff. Sorry didn’t get his name. Was given the usual choices for my sandwich but it just looked nicer than it usually does (often find they don’t put that much on) was fantastic and I wil definetly be back. 5 stars.

Pub hopping around Ranelagh Street my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Subway outlet along Ranelagh Street, a Subway outlet we've been to on quite a few occasions. Nest and tidy interior, glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer and the staff in this outlet are so friendly, we had cheese, ham and salad baguettes made up ,fresh ingredients, crispy baguettes, such a tasty filling snack ,it was just what we needed to set us up for a few hours. This Subway is easy to locate along Ranelagh Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 9am till 10pm. Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Went in yesterday for a vegetarian meatless marinara. Had to ask girl to change her gloves and use separate knife feel common sense is lacking . She should of done this automatically. Toasted bread with out asking. Very small portion. Although she was polite I wont be going back . Toilets need cleaning an air freshener

Subway recently released the T.L.C (tastes like chicken) with vegan cheese and it is the best sandwich I have ever gotten from any subway (America or UK). I have ordered it almost every day since it's been released!!

Went into subway before work and the lady making my sub was polite but the man there thought it would be clever to jump into a conversation i was having with my partner to tell us to go down the road to the restaurant instead all because i said its taking a longer then i imagined we may be late for work. i think that’s extremely unprofessional and rude. Will not be going back there.

Myself and my partner came here to grab a subway before our train - the place was pretty empty had around two people sat at the table. No one was in front of us in the que so we thought we’d be served quickly. We stood for about five minutes watching the staff member make a sub ( who for I don’t know as I said it was pretty empty) he might have been making one for a delivery, anyway , we wasn’t acknowledged or told we’d be seen to soon, he walked past us into the kitchen briefly too. We eventually left as we had a train to catch so didn’t end up eating. Not trying to be pedantic but just a “sorry I’ll be with you both in a minute” wouldn’t of hurt as it is basic customer service skills.

Staff here are excellent, especially the brunette Irish girl! They’re all saints for what they have to deal with!
Every morning I aim to come here for breakfast and theres always a problem getting served. Theres been problems with the tills or ive been turned away. Ive just been told this morning while 2 staff members were smoking outside that serving doesnt start till 6:30am and turned away again. If your shop is open at 6am surely your staff should be ready to serve?

Very long wait. Staff not very efficient or neat and tidy like other subways. Chatting loudly with their friends whilst the queue got bigger and making vomit sounds!. The counters were messy and not well stocked. Man on the till seemed very distracted and was given people the wrong orders. The floor was manky. Subway restaurants are usually very clean with great friendly staff. I would never return here.

Friendly staff and helpful to get away from a busy city centre on a Fri evening as my partner was getting a bit overwhelmed by the noise so we popped in for something to eat and to take a minute.
