Standard subway butty. So that was ok but the shop and area to sit in is dirty. Floor is filthy. Became obvious why as the staff wipe the tables and just brush all the crumbs on the floor.Service for the sandwich was a long wait,l with staff grumping at you. Slow service.

The worker made my sandwich without instructing me what I wanted on the sandwich then complained to me when I asked for the salad etc on my sandwich poor service

Decent sandwiches if you go in and order what you want, but the staff seem soulless, try to talk to them and they roll their eyes, and offer a blank face, could be replaced by robots, maybe they already are. ?♂️, anyhow butties are OK suppose that's the main thing?

The cheesy bites were cold. The sauce never came that I ordered. I ordered seeded bread and it came in hearty Italian bread which I do not like and the sandwich was not toasted when I asked for toasted. Very poor service from here.

I went in to place an order said cudnt use the toilet cos they had bleached it worst service u need to teach ur staff better no customer service wot so ever

I'm a delivery guy and every morning when I go to pick up at this place, the guy takes an average of 20 minutes to place an order. He's on his cell phone. When I get his attention he says he's busy. It is a disregard for the driver and the client who is waiting.

I didn't like this subway. Very tight with chicken and salad they seem to forget people are paying and didn't offer napkins or forks service is slow. Salad bar is a mess.
I just had an order delivered to my house and it was the best subway I’ve ever had. Full, lots of sauce and well packed. It was done by Nicole and I want to say thank you. Usually subway is half good but this time I am really pleased.

Website says its open till 8 pm ,but got there at 7:25 and the doors were locked and the staff were cleaning up . Why say your open till 8 pm ,when you shut 35 mins early .

This Subway is so slow, the staff are great, like really friendly and chatty. The biggest let down are the prioritisation of online/delivery orders this means waiting inside can be 30+ minutes just to order. Another big issue is they only have one toasting oven which means a maximum of 2 hot subways can be done at any one time. Really clean and tidy place however.
