I have been going to this Subway ever since it opened and I have never had any issues. All of the staff are lovely, the preparation area is clean and the staff use all the proper procedures, the food is lovely and hot and I have always gotten what I ordered. This branch is now a staple of Tuebrook and I would always recommend it.Vegetarian options: Very tasty vegan subtitutes. Would eat even as a non veggie!Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten free bread option and options for vegetarians and vegans.Kid-friendliness: The little ones will love getting to be a picky eater customizing their sandwich!Wheelchair accessibility: The door is pull/push only but someone will always be able to help you. Very wide opening and floor.

If you order extra meat or anything, you pay for it but it's hit or miss if you actually get it.I ordered a salad the other day and it's the first time I've felt like they even shorted me on lettuce. That's the lowest low.I mean come on yall. A whole head of lettuce is like 60p. Then I got a cup of onions, a few slivers of peppers and 2 lil black olives. Lolol... saddest lil salad I've ever seen.Wait a day and I don't know what it is but my next salad takes two hands to hold, full of stuff, plenty of sauce.Crazy inconsistent. ?

Subway on West Derby Road in Liverpool was a delightful experience. Isha, the staff member who took my order, provided exceptional and helpful treatment. She was friendly and efficient, ensuring that my sandwich was prepared just the way I liked it. The overall service was great, and I left feeling satisfied with my meal and the wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this Subway location, especially for the friendly assistance from Isha.

There's a lad in here that is boss. He has red hair and is so accommodating. I have OCD and panic when it comes to food. He changes his gloves everytime he completes a subway so there's no contamination (my OCD issues !).I wouldn't go to another subway.

The short young Indian girl who served me was the rudest subway employee I’ve ever come across. Sniggering and snarling at me as I gave my order. Literally Throwing the salad in the sub like it was a javelin event! I asked for lettuce jalapeños and onions on my sub and she moaned that she wouldn’t be able to close the sub and wrap it. Never had this issue before and I order the same every time! I had to ask for jalapeños on my tub of meatballs 3 times because she doesn’t listen. She slammed my order down at the till and when I asked her for a bag she threw a large one at me. I asked for a smaller one as the large one was HUGE. She then proceeded to throw the small one at me. She didn’t pack my order in the bag, she just walked off. Never again will I give this store my custom. I was a regular customer until yesterday. Horrible woman she’s lucky I didn’t throw my sub in her face and ask for a refund the nasty piece of work.

Visited 9/6/23. Morning 08.35. Rude girl behind counter, messed up the breakfast order, no coffee machine working ..was argumentative when we complained. We walked out in disgust.!!!Would not recommend.

As a frequent customer at tuebrook subway i was not very happy with the service i got 2 kids meals 1 with ham cheese 1 with cheese when i came to pay i was charged 30 pence for extra cheese which i did not ask for or recieveWhen i asked why i was charged extra he didnt know said it was on till and became a little agitated and daid that was the price and then i had to go back because he hadn't given drink or cookie .i waited for over half hour he didn't seemto seem to k seem to know what he was doing not a good extra
The worst place since the new short guy îs there , talk very dirty to people , doesn't respect the people, i had to take one delivery i waited like 30 min , and he said that he îs manager but ia just an employ the plastic that we eat all over the floor

Walked in, woman serving more worried about if someone's coming in or not and what is he gonna do if she doesn't to then when she's asking me if I want cheese and/or toasted she got that I want cheese and not toasted completely wrong to the fact I have to tell her to not toast it about 5 times even when she turned around to toast my food. Dunno pretty pathetic place
