Absolutely shocking service from staff. 2 of my work colleagues entered the branch to order lunch for us all whilst I was finishing a job outside. I had not told my colleagues what I wanted to order yet, assuming it wouldn’t be an issue as I could catch up with them and pass it on. When I entered the restaurant my colleagues were being served, so quickly asked me what my order was, so that my sandwich could be included in the one single order that was being paid for by one person. The member of staff (male, glasses and tattoos) completely ignored our request to add another sandwich, literally, and instead, threw the sandwiches we’d already over about the counter and into the oven, causing the ingredients to go all over the place. He then moved on to the next customer. Upon realising this we confronted him as to why he didn’t make the other sandwich we requested to which he replied “if he wants one he can queue” this prompted us to confront him concerning his attitude, to which we were met with an argument, and then he swore at us and stormed off. Absolute child. Would love to know his name. Hopefully he gets home and his dog is dead.

Been to this subway several times and not once have I had even a tiny bit of decent customer service. When someone is customer facing I expect at the very least a good morning/afternoon and a smile. Seems to be a requisite of working here to be as utterly miserable as you possibly can be. Even my 14 year old child left the store today and said omg how miserable was she. Sort your staff out subway, start hiring people with a bit of personality

Waited 20 minutes to get one sandwich with only one customer in front of me who was getting a lot stuff eventually the guy serving called another staff member out to help out and then started to serve the person who was behind me I said I was first but she took NO notice and served him anyway I walked out. Waited 40 minutes fo nothing total garbage!
