Sandwiches were cold and not edible. I think they were substantial because of a big queue

Spacious seating, tasty food, very convenient if you're visiting the Liverpool Royal Hospital

It was really amazing seeing the dancing buffalo but the part where the guest (Jimmy Carr) started calling Nelson mandella the N word really put me off

Very slow service for some reason... The food is great as usual.

Told me I get 10% discount before I ordered then when it comes to pay you don't get discount with meals!

Staff were efficient however the boards that they prepare the food on are dirty and have inground dirt in the cuts and need replacing.bits of food over the counter top and dropped in other containers. Floor was dirty. Tables not cleaned. Roof tiles stained from water leak and air con units covered in dirt. The layout doesnt work and causes a bottle neck because the payment area is too close to the drinks area. The back area was crammed with boxes and junk and the the staff seemed fearful. I would seriously question the management of this subway. Needs an overhaul. Subway does not cater for those with disabilities. How do you order if in a wheelchair?stroke or have difficulty communicating. Come on subway! Up your game!
