We did not order food.We were served by Owen and Leanne. They were really welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond to make our time here enjoyable; Owen especially put us at ease and engaged in friendly conversation.The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and all the tables were mostly clean and tidy, albeit some tables had uncleared plates and rubbish.The only non-alcoholic drink they had was cider, and they had no white wine, but ither than that they were well stocked.Overall,...read full review
lovely bar, efficient servers and really nice coffee. owen especially went out of his way to make me an iced coffee in the cocktail shaker despite it not being on the menu! couldn’t recommend enough.

How can they claim to have no milk at 10.30am. It is either that they don't want hot drink visitors (prefer alcohol drinkers), or their ordering of stock has been woefully underestimated. Either way, I'll be going elsewhere from now on. It's a pity as well, as it has nice views over the mersey
